Welcome to Project Tempos, a community centered around educating and inspiring others' interest in coding LEDs while also striving to bring advanced light synchronization technology to the masses via the launch of our first LED controller the Tempos Hub.

The Tempos Hub uses its unique BeatSync technology to anticipate the beats and tempo of your music. Stream audio straight from your phone or plug in to create a one of a kinda light show matching to the rhythm, mood, and genre of whatever you’re listening to. Powered by a ST processor, Tempos Hub makes millions of computations per second creating complex and unique scenes and animations simply not possible by standard led controllers. What is Project Tempos?

Project Tempos is all about creating advanced lighting that connects your visual and auditory senses. Tempos employs beat detection, tempo synchronization, and phrase detection to create a custom light show to your favorite music. Additionally we want to provide resources (found on our blog) for those interested in learning to program their own projects.

Who is Tempos for?

Tempos is for DJs, bars, clubs, parties, and music enthusiasts alike. Take control with our app or just let the music run the show. No programming required.

What type of features to expect?

Plug in an aux or use our app to stream music directly from Spotify, Apple Music, etc. Control hundreds of LED lights from the palm of your hand and watch as a unique light show is created from scratch in real time.

How can I support the project?

What makes Tempos different?

Most lighting does nothing more than flash at peaks in volume. Those more complex typical require manual programming/control and cost an extortionate amount of money. Tempos uses its unique BeatSynch technology to do advanced signal processing on your music in real time without the need for custom setups or controls.
